Jon is a born professional businessman, landlord and salesman with over 22 years experience in the property industry. Jon has worked across Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. His background lies within residential sales, lettings and management however his skill set is wide-ranging and includes inspirational leadership qualities and many more. Jon lives locally and started his career working for two large corporate companies. He drew on the successes achieved during this time and what improvements would lead to greater results. Having set up new estate agent offices and run multiple agency offices over the years, Jon decided to go into business with his best friend and business partner Adil, to create the next generation of estate agency offices. Jon excels in the front line; as this is where he still gets the ‘buzz’. He is extremely ambitious, positively motivated and has found his passion in sales, property and people. Jon understands the importance of exceptional customer service in the property industry and this fact is highlighted in the Google reviews and Facebook recommendations the office receives on a regular basis. Outside of work Jon enjoys keeping fit, running marathons, spending time with his wife and son, following his football team Tottenham Hotspur and self-educating himself on ways to invest and new ideas involving estate agency.
