Terms & Conditions

Our offer is available under the following conditions:

• Only one property per owner can be entered into the draw for that specific month.
• The draw prize is limited to one property per month (either one Lettings or one Sales).
• Draw will be held on the last working day of each month.
• This offer does not apply to any solicitors’ fees.
• You must instruct Knights Property Services under a sole selling rights agreement and agree to our standard Terms and Conditions.
• You must permit us to display a Knights Property Services ‘For Sale’ or ‘To Let’ board outside your property and then a ‘Sold’ or ‘Let By’ board until completion.
• This promotion is for all new instructions to the market between 01/01/2023 to 17/12/2023 ending at 5pm. Thereafter our standard fees for sole selling rights or for multi agency will apply.
• If you are a lucky winner for Lettings you will have no monthly management fees charged for the first twelve months of the tenancy, but all other additional charges are still applicable e.g. inventory, check in, gas certificate, EICRs etc. It also only applies for Rent Collection or Fully Managed Letting properties.
• If you are a lucky winner for Sales, you will have no sale commission charged for the sale of your property once an exchange has taken place but all other additional charges are still applicable.
• Knights Property Services reserves the right to decline an instruction.
• VAT will be applied on any applicable Knights Property Services’ fees.
• For marketing purposes all winners will have a marketing photograph posted on our social media platforms plus other marketing outlets.
