The Black Friday Lettings Offer is applicable to new instructions only received between 9am on 16th November and 5pm on 7th December
The offer must be mentioned at the time of the landlord instructing Knights using the code ‘Black Friday’
No retrospective claims can be made.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
The offer must include a To Let board erected at the property upon instruction – unless there are specific restrictions on agent boards within the Head Lease or due to any conservation area restrictions
The offer is subject to a landlord’s administration fee once Knights have secured a tenant
The offer only applies to the Knights Fully Managed service of a new tenancy
Offer expires 5pm Friday 7th December 2018
Knights have absolute discretion in determining whether the terms and conditions of this offer have been met.
