We are members of most major professional bodies within the sectors we work, so our clients can put their trust in us completely. Unfortunately, it is not yet UK legislation for all agents to be monitored by a regulated body and there are a lot of shoddy operators out there. Knights Property Services is voluntarily regulated because we understand the importance of having a professional team, offering a professional service and giving our clients peace of mind.
